At Valencia Group, it’s important to us that our websites are accessible and easy to use for all persons with disabilities.

When creating our websites, our development team uses software tools to identify web accessibility standards as outlined by the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA). Facilities for Guests With Disabilities

Individual hotels have rooms that have been specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. In addition, the Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.

Please direct your questions about accessible facilities and services directly to the Front Desk at the hotel to ensure your requests are handled properly. The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
